Fulbright Scholar Dr. Yulia Arrives to Enhance Instructional Excellence at Starz University Dr. Yulia, a Fulbright Scholar, arrived in Liberia last night. Her mission over the next month is to work with Starz University, enhancing the skills of our professors and associate instructors. Dr. Yulia will focus on modern instructional methodologies and improving classroom efficiency. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the U.S. Embassy for making this initiative possible, contributing significantly to Liberia’s educational development. With 104 instructors and a student body of 2,000, Starz University is committed to elevating educational standards. We’ve also invited other universities to take advantage of this unique, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
